Event Description:

Our new regional medical center in Prince George’s County is under construction. Come to hear about the economic and community development impacts with having this and the redevelopment of the Blvd (now titled Carillon) as vital anchors in the development of Downtown Largo. This is more than a revitalization. What is the vision for the transformation of the County’s healthcare industry? What is the community impact? What does this combined 40-acre project look like? What are the opportunities for existing businesses and startup entrepreneurs?
Here at the PGCOC, we look at economic development with a local wealth creation lens. Come to join us to learn more as we seek to answer these questions.
