Job Description
DUTIES:

The main purpose of this position is to manage and direct the operations of the company.

To ensure that all insurance claims have been scrubbed and submitted in a timely fashion.

To keep track of and approve employees use of leave and leave balances.

To be able to conduct the duties of the receptionist when the receptionist is out of the office.

To conduct employee evaluations once a year.

To ensure that employees have met the commitments of their work agreement.

To be comfortable using a PMS/EHR system for insurance claims.

To maintain track of all insurance claims and conduct regular follow-up's with the insurance agencies.

To hold meetings with the staff when necessary.

To keep track of incoming PayPal payments received for virtual counseling through the PayPal email and update the system accordingly.

To inform the owners when supplies are low.

To maintain a professional and comfortable work environment for staff and client's.

To set forth the vision of the owners.

SPECIFICATIONS:

Education: Bachelor's Degree (minimum)

Stellar communication skills, both written and verbal

Medical billing experience

Proficient in computer operations such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

BONUS:

Previous managerial/supervisory position

Master's Degree or higher

Fluent in multiple languages

Previous experience in a healthcare environment
